Terms of Service

Read thoroughly please!WILL NOT do:
-will not accept any commission without a reference/references of characters!
-Will not do any ‘make me a character’/custom comms, I’m picky with designs for myself, so I’d make for one lousy customs maker🫡
-I understand there are certain instances like receiving mail that can bring up anxiety.
All art/items I ship to you have discreet packaging with NO stickers/drawings on them! The envelopes/boxes/parcels I use are taped shut. These precautions are not optional, I do not want your mail stolen! I’ve seen people report stolen mail from commissioning people because of the pretty packaging.
I add in oddity stickers as well as a small thank you note with your order
🌟I do not accept mailed art commissions that I cannot mail out
If you are a minor (-18) you will need parental/guardian permission if I send something to your house!1: ALL work/reviews can be posted online via my social media (listed at the bottom) and used for any example, I have the right to use any art I make as an example/post, and I will not accept anything I can’t post cause I gotta get dem views to advertise and make art moots🖖
If you did not read these terms of service and commissioned me+won’t allow me to/ feel uncomfortable with me posting your art, I will still be posting it. You are subject to the repercussions of following these terms weather you read this or not
-If it is GIFT art please tell me so I can post wips/finished pieces only when the person gets it. I’m not claiming rights to character/ whatever just want to use the art as examples. If you are not comfortable with that, I will not accept you2: Please don’t rush/guilt trip me
-literally have had someone give death threats, please ✨calm✨3: If I cannot do something, or I cancel, you must accept it: Life comes first and if something happens, I will be sure to notify you ASAP!4: No illegal/things I’m uncomfortable with please! I’ll politely decline if something makes me uncomfortable but if you keep pushing me, I’ll block you. I do NOT do feral NSFW/illegal stuff. (I will do smoking art)5: No tracing/digitalizing my art
-I know that sounds arrogant but someone traced, turned my art into a base, and used it for their own commissions and that wasn’t very fun to find out. Was kind of flattered someone thought it was good enough to until I realized what was going on😂6: Don’t post without crediting me/removing my watermark and/or signature. Crediting includes either posting with my username/watermark in the art or in a description.
I know this may sound dumb, but a previous customer removed my signature because it ‘ruined the art’, and it has forever made me uncomfortable7: Pay when I ask please! And I’ll Email the final works to you if you like, I know some apps can mess up that quality; e-mail will be coming from [email protected]
I will not continue the art until I get my payment when I ask (this of course does not apply to time differences/being busy, just avoiding scammers) if you do not pay, I will keep your art to the side and continue other art until then8: I am not responsible for lost/damaged mail!
-since I’ve upgraded to better packaging this hasn’t happened for years, but just in case!
I will write EXACTLY what you send me on your package/envelope. I will then ALWAYS send you a picture of the package/envelope to see what to look out for in the mail, showing the address, you approve the wrong address after sending one, you have to pay for shipping (if needed for item) and wait a bit longer
If you give me the wrong address, YOU have to pay for shipping again if the item requires shipping!
This does not include stolen items, in the event your commission has been stolen (packaging broken into and something is missing) we can work something out where I either replace your items or refund you fully
If your clay commission has been damaged somehow, acceptable/safe glues to use are any super glue/gorilla glue. Do not use hot glue, it won’t stick well!9: You MUST pay shipping for items that have it listed (i.e. paw keychains, clay items, etc)
This does not include items that come in an envelope like badges, just the items that show ‘needs shipping fee’10: I cannot do/struggle a lot with rabbits, kangaroo, or felines! If I’ve accepted anyway, it means I wanna try because I really am feeling alright about it/love the character but please be patient, it could take a bit!11: I am colorblind. Please be patient with me and I’ll cancel if I struggle too much with color swatches/matching. It burns me out easily, but this has not happened since I took down alcohol marker arts off of my commissions sheet!12: Reviews are not a need, but very very appreciated! Please tell me what I could change/turnaround time/overall experience. Be honest I’d like to improve for others! I’ll be posting this to my commission reviews :)13: NO. NUDES. Of you or someone else. I also don’t RP/ERP.
-this should NOT have to be said. I was talking to someone who was interested in commissioning me and out of nowhere, they sent their boyfriends nudes. No, not for an art pose/example. And no, nothing else was being talked about besides ‘are your commissions open?’. I’m not comfortable with that and never will be. Immediate block and blacklist and this is your only warning.14: I will always ask for your address when I ship something to you; even if you are a usual customer.
-I do not save the address/info, so nobody besides me and the postal workers see it. This is also to ensure that if you’ve moved/need gift art to go to a friend instead of your usual address, I don’t just go ahead and send it to your home.15: Refund policy:
You will be able to cancel up UNTIL the final sketch is approved. After the sketch for traditional/digital art is approved by you, I will ask for payment. If you’ve paid before the sketch is approved (somehow) and want to cancel, I would send you back the full amount. I will not give you my PayPal/cashapp info to pay until everything with the ‘base’ sketchy thing is finished to avoid a refund from cancel, the sketch is where you can back out. If you cancel sometime after, I will be keeping the money. This is non-negotiable!16: I write in CURSIVE for most things, if you cannot read/would like normal printed writing (ex in specimen dissection key card) please just let me know, and I will do it in normal print! It's not a problem :)17: MARIONETTE PUPPET WARNING:
- these are fragile and during the process of making them, they will likely break. My first draft tester puppet broke in two places, my first official puppet commission broke in 7 separate places before attaching to the handle. Both had to be superglued and sealed with mod podge again. Please note that this will likely happen if you order one! I do not want any customer unaware of this, I am as transparent as possible with details and will send pictures/lists of what happened if a break occurs/ when it does occurSide notes:
-If you do not have a preferred pose/expression, I will have artistic liberty and draw the character as I feel fit.
->Artistic liberty means the artist can do whatever they like with the character, please tell me a bit about them so I can give you something you’d like, or I’ll do something I feel the character would do/be doing based off of the design/ref. Moodboards, fav foods/movies/fandoms, etc!
-I add stickers+usually a little note in with each order and sometimes do mini add ons free of charge. any of the stickers I have are of oddities, animal skeletons/bugs, plants, hippie, etc. If you're not comfortable with that, please tell me and we can chat about it if needed :) (I.e.: it is a gift you are ordering for someone, etc)
-if you somehow lose contact with me, I have an Instagram highlight on my profile that has every commission I’ve made that has been unable to go to its rightful owner because of (usually amino) banned customer accounts from bots. I will return or continue your commission if I receive some proof that you are the owner of whatever character merch I made!
-Please remember that this art is something YOU are commissioning me to create, and you have the right to want to personalize it. I LOVE personalization. Anything you'd like in the art that I can do, don't be shy to yap with me. The more detail, the better as long as I can clarify with you and get it perfect!
-Please notify me when you have read all of these and if you agree to them!!😄
